1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlbet ("phlbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlbet website located at phlbet.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the phlbet Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phlbet Platform, including players accessing the Platform from any location within the Republic of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other provinces and regions.

2.Eligibility

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phlbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phlbet Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

3.Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full features of the phlbet Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phlbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

phlbet is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification for all account holders. As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, or UMID card.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months).
• Additional documentation as may be required by phlbet's compliance team in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

phlbet reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, or terminate accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed to phlbet's satisfaction. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phlbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify phlbet's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phlbet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phlbet employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phlbet cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

phlbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. phlbet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to additional review by phlbet's compliance team. phlbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform.

All funds deposited into your phlbet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

phlbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus terms apply to all phlbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus credits and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

phlbet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or other irregularity has occurred that may have affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

8.Sports Betting Rules

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• phlbet reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where phlbet suspects irregular betting patterns or match manipulation.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules and potential delays in bet acceptance due to the real-time nature of live events.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the phlbet Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

10.Responsible Gaming

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the phlbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phlbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without phlbet's prior written consent.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phlbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

13.Termination

phlbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon termination of your account for cause, phlbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits and, where permitted by applicable law and regulation, any account balance associated with prohibited conduct. Legitimate account balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method following completion of any required compliance review.

You may close your phlbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phlbet's customer support team for resolution. phlbet is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phlbet's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory authority. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any disputes that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.

15.Amendments to These Terms

phlbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlbet will notify registered players through the Platform or via the email address associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phlbet Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
